We have implemented social distancing in the reception area and ask that only one customer enter at any one time (unless you are a family).  We have also installed a social distance screen to ensure maximum protection.

In addition, in light of the current climate with COVID-19 we have placed a link to our Customer Booking Form and GDPR Consent Authorisation Form below to reduce social contact when coming to the garage.

Please print off, complete and leave on the passenger seat (along with service book if applicable):-

  • Customer Booking Form (please complete sections 1-10, sign and date the bottom.  If a courtesy car is required, we will complete section 8 BUT please complete the driving licence information and the insurance policy information).  A hand over will have to take place to use a courtesy car.
  • GDPR Consent Authorisation form

On the day you are booked in with us, when you bring your vehicle to the garage, there is an option for you to drop your keys into the secure drop off box located outside on the office wall.  There is no need to come into reception.  Please advise us when booking in that this drop off is your preferred method.

Once we have looked at your vehicle we will phone you for authorisation before starting any rectification work.

When the work has been completed we will phone you to confirm this and offer you the option of paying over the phone.  We can leave all paperwork in your vehicle again eliminating contact.
