Courtesy Cars

Customers requiring FREE use of a courtesy car whilst your vehicle is with us can reserve a car with our friendly reception desk on 0151 632 4101. The only thing not included is the fuel - just put in what you need. An automatic courtesy car is also available upon request.

All courtesy cars are insured by ourselves but please note there is an excess of £2,000 which will be payable by yourself should any claim arise. Therefore, it is advisable, customers wishing to use courtesy cars, ensure they are insured through their own insurance policy.

If you need to travel further than Liverpool town centre or take the vehicle off the Wirral then please inform reception.

We are sorry but no pets or smoking are allowed in cars. Any parking or traffic offences must be paid for by yourself. Any courtesy car returned which has been mis-used will be subject to a cleaning charge. Any damage caused to the vehicle whilst in your care must be paid for by yourself.
