Was advised when booking vehicle in for service the basic costs and the cost of further work that may be required once the car was being serviced. All in all very very pleased with this company ,it's staff and quality of work carried out

I have been using Discount VW Audi Centre for several years and have always found them to be friendly, helpful and reliable. They give estimates for work needed after inspection (usually on the phone) and keep to them - I do not therefore feel the need for a written estimate.

The level of customer services is outstanding at this particular garage, from when you first call to book your car in you are greeted in a friendly and professional manner and offered a courtesy car if required. If there is any additional work required they promptly contact you and advise using clear to understand explanations before any work is carried out.
I have always found the work to be of a high standard and have never had to complain about anything. Another nice touch which makes you feel like a valued customer is they often leave you a winter pack (ie de-icer, screen wash and wipes) or a pack of hand/dashboard wipes in the car.

I have used this garage for the last six years. I have recommended it to friends and family and will continue to do so. It's so nice to have peace of mind; I can go to them for advice as well as repairs and servicing in the knowledge that I will be dealt with quickly and fairly. An excellent garage indeed, and very friendly!

I have been with this garage for years and so has my uncle. I have found it to have excellent service and even at very short notice been able to book my car in and obtain a free courtesy car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Garages can feel a bit intimidating for women to go to, but I would totally recommend this garage to any one who felt that way as it is totally not intimidating at all.

It's a very good alternative to the main dealer garage. The discount for continuous visits would be an advantage.

Customer service is excellent - any potential problems are identified at an early stage and explained fully. I have taken my car to this garage for at least 5 years and have been pleased on every occasion.

We use the garage regularly as we have two VW cars and feel the customer service and work carried out is excellent but not cheap! We value those aspects more than cutting costs.
